In this unique interactive, LIVE program we'll explore how meeting menopause with mindfulness shifts us: We’ll gather each week for 90 minutes. Each class will begin with a conversation on a specific topic and then move through interactive, experiential exercises.
What do we see when we meet menopause mindfully? Together we will introduce ourselves to a new view of menopause as a mind-body-heart-spirit transformation towards our REAL self.
The common experiences associated with the menopausal journey can be intense and uncomfortable. We’ll learn to activate our own inner resources of calm and presence to meet and manage hot flashes, insomnia, brain fog, and others..
The depth and speed of the changes and the power of our reactions can be very disorienting and leave us feeling nothing like ourselves. We’ll create space to reconnect to ourselves, meet ourselves exactly where we are and gather the inner resources to normalize and demystify the intensity of our emotions.
Menopause signals the end of an era and offers the opportunity for the new. We’ll meet inner wisdom and creative power to navigate our unique way through the transformation and into a new era of meaning and fulfillment.
In this final session, you’ll integrate what you’ve discovered about your unique menopause journey and identify the support, inner work, and inspiration you need to move forward with resilience, authenticity, and creativity toward your own fulfillment.
